IMDM (Iscove's Modified Dulbecco's Medium) is based on DMEM and adds amino acids, selenium and vitamins, as well as uses potassium nitrate replacing iron nitrate. It is well suited for rapidly proliferating, high-density cell cultures, including Jurkat cell, COS-7 cell, and macrophage cell.
